•Provide arts-based instruction with business-focused facilitation to help individuals collaborate more, innovate better and creatively solve business challenges

•Develop and facilitate art making activity as part of The Kemper’s program called KARE (Kemper Art Reaches Everyone) for monthly session for those with early dementia or Alzheimer’s.

•Developed and taught art classes related to core subjects to students with hearing impairments

•Taught a range of classes including: Tutorial, Auditory-Visual, Math, Language Arts, Social Studies, Visual Arts, Science and Performing Arts to elementary and middle school students

Assistant Director of Development, Opera Theatre of Saint Louis — 1994-1997

•Planned, budgeted, promoted, and executed over 100 special events annually

•Supervised over 200 volunteers

•Assisted director of development with writing grants and proposals to corporate, foundation, government, and individual donors

•Managed all aspects of gallery including educational components, promotion, planning, installation, volunteers, budget, and events

Board Member, Modern American Dance Company (MADCO) — 2006-2008

 •Assisted artistic director in financial decisions, fundraising and marketing

Fundraiser & Spokesperson, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society  — 2001-2012

•Mentored winning team members for the 2011 Man and Woman of the Year Campaign, raising $122,000 and breaking all previous records

•Mentored chairperson and committee members for Man & Woman of the Year campaign and quadrupling its earnings from $19,000 in 2001 to $83,000 in 2004

•Interviewed on local television and radio and delivered speeches at kickoffs, fundraisers and grand finales

•Completed three full marathons with Team in Training, the largest sports endurance-training program in the United States raising over $11,000

•Recruited and mentored five individuals to complete their own first marathons, raising over $20,000
